The past few years, Milan have had one of the youngest teams in Europe. And yet, if you look at those players, how many of them have we failed? Looking back, youth development has been non-existent. Now, there is a new youth project rumored on the horizon, even though consistency seems to be the biggest way we have failed our youth in the past. Jesús and I looked back and then forward to talk about how Milan is still failing our youth.
